What I Had
The Duke - BBQ Chicken Nachos - and Diet Coke
What I Spent
$11
What I Thought
I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service. I especially liked the BBQ sauce that was on the nachos I had.
Would I Return?
Absolutely, but not often. It’s a bit pricey for a regular lunch spot, and the location (next to a mall and off of Barrett Pkwy) isn’t great.
Other Thoughts
They have more variations of tacos than you could imagine. I’d like to try them all eventually. The burritos didn’t look as appealing to me as everything else.
What I Had
Three tacos with beans and rice. The Alamo (lightly fried tilapia with jalepeno mayo and some other condiments), The Wyatt Earp (roasted, pulled pork with condiments), and The Geronimo (steak fajita with condiments).
What I Spent
$10
What I Thought
Excellent, if a little pricey. The beans were good, the rice just OK. I went again the very next week and just got three tacos a la carte (which was a much better deal). The taco choices are great and I already have 3 or 4 “favorites.” Love the roasted salsa.
Would I Return?
Definitely. It’s a little far for lunch, though being in Kennesaw.
Other Thoughts
I love all the choices. Definitely go a la carte with the tacos–three is plenty of food. There are about 50 more things I want to try on the menu. Second trip, I had the Wyatt Earp again and got the Alaskan (crab cake) and the Chicken Parm Taco. Alaskan was awesome. Chicken Parm, was OK, but I thought the marinara sauce was way too sweet.
What I Had
2 Tacos (the Greek and the Wild Alaskan) and a Coke
What I Spent
$7.41
What I Thought
I actually liked it quite a bit. They have a lot of variety which means you don’t necessarily have to be in the mood for Mexican to go.
Would I Return?
Yes, although it’s on Barrett which means it’s going to be a longer lunch than normal (coming from Acworth), so it would probably be a once-in-a-while spot.
Other Thoughts
The choices are great, and the quality I thought was good. I wasn’t sure what to expect from it, but I’m now a fan.
What I Had
I had three tacos with rice $ beans and a water. Tacos were:
- Buffalo Bill: Taco with breaded chicken tossed in wing sauce. I love anyting with wing sauce on it but I felt that a little more wing sauce would have made this better.
- Crawfish: I had to try this since it sounded so weird. It was! While it wasn’t bad this was my least favorite taco of the three.
- Monterey Taco: Grilled chicken, jack cheese, crisp bacon, guacamole, tomato, lettuce, and ranch dressing… enough said! By far my favorite and I would order it again.
What I Spent
$9.49 before tip.
What I Thought
The food and service were fine and the “twist” on the taco choices (19 different choices) made it interesting as well. However, $9.49 for lunch without a drink and before tip is little on the pricey side.
Would I Return?
Yes, I would eat here again because there are 16 more taco choices that I have not tried yet. I may try and go with 2 tacos instead of 3 next time to keep the price down.
Other Thoughts
They also have 120 brands/flavors of Tequila (who knew there were that many) that you can earn prizes as you try each one. I would recommend that you spread that our over multiple visits though!

What I Had
Nachos
What I Spent
Not sure, around $12 or so.
What I Thought
Pretty good, I love nachos, nothing special though. In retrospect, I probably should have opted for some tacos, given that’s their specialty.
Would I Return?
If I had friends that really wanted to, I would, but I never go out of my way to go there.
Other Thoughts
Maybe I am just being cynical, but the whole place seems a little fake and plasticy. It’s tolerable food, with all the faux charm of Wild Bill’s.
